Learnet follows a demand led training approach; hence, industry linkages are explored and built prior to the commencement of the training programme. This is to ensure that the demand of the required job role exists in the market, offering meaningful employment opportunities. This will also ensure that every trainee has a fair chance of getting a job after successful completion of the training programme. A provisional placement letter is made available on each commencement of training

To facilitate placement linkages, we have a dedicated placement cell that closely works with a network of 1000+ national and international placement partners, across sectors and locations, on an on-going basis for the successful placement of candidates

Our industry endorsed training programmes make the students employable by:
  • imparting skill sets that are required by the industry, through innovative and interactive training methodologies
  • providing actual work life experience during the course itself
  • including soft skills, English language modules and digital literacy to make them job ready and build their self-confidence
We follow various approaches to build placement linkages:
  • Market research (location wise/sector wise)
  • Meeting potential employers to present our interventions, and inviting them to visit our training centres
  • Interaction with existing employers for demand assessment and feedback
  • Organizing job fairs and inviting employers to participate
  • Inviting employers for guest lectures
  • Reference from newspapers, magazines, etc.
  • Secondary research (over internet) on available employment opportunities

  1. Hire and train
    One of the focus areas of Learnet is providing manpower management and training services to corporates, with the intent to support in strategizing, designing and implementing training and hiring initiatives that ensure quality recruitment, skill building and productive manpower. The most successful model is Hire & Train, where, as the name suggests, the candidate is hired (by way of Letter of Intent) before he/she enrols for the training programme. These are programmes exclusive to an employer, wherein the recruitment and learning teams are involved in the entire process:
